Approach

All of our work is ad hoc and we do not believe in a mechanistic approach to qualitative research. Instead we tailor make studies, bringing together a mix of fresh thinking and classic qualitative skills. Our output is thoughtful, objective and actionable.

Half our work is international and we are not aligned with any individual or agency network.  Rather, we select and work with the best international partners (or sometimes freelancers) for the particular project based on experience.

We tightly manage all international projects from the UK.  We brief, view and oversee all fieldwork whilst consulting with our chosen moderators.  If it’s appropriate we will moderate the research in English speaking markets ourselves.  This makes for very focused and insightful work.
